CONSULTATION

Once we meet with you, we take the time to get to know you. We find out what it is you are trying to accomplish, what your main goals are, and how exactly we can help you.

LET'S DO ASSESMENT

It’s very important to do a full body assessment to find out your strengths and weaknesses before we start working out. By determining your strengths and weaknesses we can specifically tailor your workout plan towards your needs and according to your level of fitness.

SET A GOAL

Once we determine your fitness level, we set a short-time goal and the ultimate long-term goal, and re-assess every 4-6 weeks to see how close we are getting to reaching these fitness goals. This will also ensure you get results and help us guide you towards success!

FULL BODY STRETCH

Slava's Freedom Fitness offers full body PNF Stretching followed by massage gun to give you the best feeling after any workout sessions.
