Welcome to Slava's Freedom Fitness, where you can reach your fullest fitness potential. Our programs are custom built around your fitness goals. As a fitness coach himself, Slava is helping clients with fitness problems - like injuries - using specialized plans he develops with Anna’s help, who brings the knowledge of her M.S. in Physical Therapy to the table.
Our goal is to provide you with all the tools necessary and support you to reach your ultimate fitness that you can achieve. Our services are flexible to accommodate your schedule, location, and skill level.

Workout plans succeed when we have specific goals for them. This is why we encourage clients to choose one of our standard workouts. Whichever plan you may choose, we will customize it to fit your needs, abilities, and goals, and provide you an expertly targeted fitness experience using tools and techniques that make it a success.

Once we meet with you, we take the time to get to know you. We find out what it is you are trying to accomplish, what your main goals are, and how exactly we can help you.
LET'S DO ASSESMENT
It’s very important to do a full body assessment to find out your strengths and weaknesses before we start working out. By determining your strengths and weaknesses we can specifically tailor your workout plan towards your needs and according to your level of fitness.
SET A GOAL
Once we determine your fitness level, we set a short-time goal and the ultimate long-term goal, and re-asses every 4-6 weeks to see how close we are getting to reaching these fitness goals. This will also ensure you get results and help us guide you towards success!
